When a policy is issued, you are strongly advised to read it carefully,
as it is that document, the schedule and any certificate that is
the basis of the insurance contract you have purchased. If you are
in doubt over any of the policy terms and conditions, please seek
our advice promptly.
Our
Charges
Retail Clients
For renewal of a policy we charge a fee of £5.00. This charge does not apply to policies paid under a direct debit arrangement with an Insurance Company, however may apply in the event that the credit is arranged on your behalf with a Third Party Finance Provider. The specific amount and purpose of any additional charges will always be advised to you in advance. For return premiums, in respect of reduction in risk or policy cancellation, we repay commission on the refund to your insurers and this amount will be deducted from the final amount refunded to you, an additional fee of £10.00 may be deducted to cover administration costs. Net refunds of less than £15.00 will not be allowed.
Commercial Clients
We reserve the right to make charges in addition to any insurance premiums for the arranging, amending, renewing and cancelling any policy of insurance. Details of charges made will be declared in all correspondence with you.
